Best Healthy Food in Fort Lauderdale

First time trying this place and was very pleasantly surprised. You can create your own bowl or pick one of their premade recipes. Friendliest bros running the place, they brought me water and let me try a protein shake recipe they were working on. Didn’t mind letting my dog inside either

First time customer. Ordered pickup through Uber and didn’t disappoint. The buffalo chicken was on point. Tender chunks of chicken, well seasoned on top of a creamy Mac and cheese. Didn’t add any ranch or blue cheese but plenty of taste and creaminess. Definitely will be going back to try some of the other dishes. Staff was friendly.

Amazing little gem I found in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. North of downtown. The only negative on this place is the parking, but findable. I had the carnivore bowl. Added carne asada and guac, absolute perfection. The flavors mix really well and you can taste the freshness in the ingredients.
